need to install a second itunes for my girlfriends ipod,
but when i download it,it conflicts with my own itunes.
all i get is the option to repair or remove my itunes.

Another option would be to set up a second user on your PC. That would mean her iTunes would be under her user and yours under your user.

you can have two iPods in the same iTunes, but anyways, i don't know if this will work, but it's worth giving it a try.
goto C:\Program Files, and then look for iTunes in the list and change the iTunes folder name to something different, then try using the installer.
Idk, besides shortcuts may not work after this, just the first thing that came in mind...
