Can i get back files once i have deleted them from the recycling bin(win xp) on the computer?

you see i deleted msts from the computer because it was repaired then went to reinstall it with the disk but the disk dosnt work so can i get the files back once now i have deleted them from the recycling bin

If you had computer repaired and hard drive was replaced, you may not have those files in comp, not sure what you mean by msts, but, if you deleted files, and still have same hard drive usually if you go back to recycle, try restore in recycle, however if you turned off computer you may not be able to do it once you go back. As i said if you have the same hard drive you can go to computer or use restore disk, it asks you what date you want to restore to, do not go to far back or you will loose anything recent. hope that helps, you can also try help-support, they are good...
