To get the dos screen use safe mode with dos prompt. For multiple loads, you need to have a Microsoft multi licence as otherwise you will be installing one copy of XP to every machine, this will kill the activation. Your customers will be very unhappy, and if they report you to MS you will be very broke for the rest of your life.

and if you just started a part time job in computer repair why isn't your employer training you?
using Ghost to image computers will probably not be useful since all your computers to repair will be of different brands and configurations
Your best bet is to use an imaging program (like Norton's ghost) to set up the installation on the network. Then create a bootable floppy disk that will connect to the network location and install the image over the network. Ghosts documentation should tell you how to do this.
