How Do I Deal With My Ignorant Video Production Boss?

I work for a video production company; I do ALL the work that three people should do: video edit, film, photography, computer repair, print design, web/DVD authoring, web/email hosting, EVERYTHING...but specifically when it comes to the video production...my boss thinks editing should take like 2 hours a project, and you just click a button and you are done. He doesn't understand how much work goes into shooting/editing/rendering. He gets mad, and says things like ''you must not be a good editor'', when I am turning out two projects a week! (most projects should take 2-3 weeks each!) I have been doing video stuff since I was born...he has been doing it for like 3 years max. He is a stubborn old white guy who is ok at business, but not a media person so he is completely ignorant about what my job really requires. He says ''you are young and inexperienced'', when my work is actually better than 95% of the current market. FYI - I am 27 w/masters degree...he never even got his bachelors.

The key word is 'boss'.

It's his way, or the highway.
