If you can get into safe mode or even just regular windows, click on the start button, then right click on my computer and choose properties, the system properties window will come up, click on the tab at the top that says advanced, at the bottom there will be a section that says Startup and Recovery, click on the settings button, another window will pop-up, in this window uncheck automatically restart and below that in the "Write debugging information" section open the first drop down menu and choose (none).
Click ok at the bottom of all the windows, and restart your computer like normal,
This will stop the memory dump but there might still be a problem with your system.
