what kind of questions should i ask to find a repair person. I prefer inhome service but can easily take the computer in. it is a gateway profile 4 system that needs physical and other repair. it is not recognizing me as the administrator, i've been told it has worms or viruses. Also the place where the cd's go in is not working or closing correctly. i only use it for email, music and browsing. I need a trustworthy and competent and affordable person. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
